The LED lighting project for the STHBNK by Beulah showcases a cutting-edge integration of technology and design, featuring over 1,500 individually addressable LEDs which are programmed to respond to the interactive display presentation.  

Implementing dynamic lighting on this scale presented a wide range challenges, specifically the incorporation of a diffused solution for the curved spine - A key design feature of the towers. 

Through close collaboration with the talented team at Makemodels, the model was modified to include a  3d printed 5mm rebate to facilitate the installation of custom built ultra fine addressable  neon flex.

Controlled by Advatek Pixlite controllers, this dynamic lighting installation not only enhances the visual appeal of the display model but also creates an immersive experience for guests experience the sales journey.  Each LED can be programmed to respond to a variety of inputs, enabling a seamless interplay of light that reflects the themes and emotions conveyed in Beulah's digital presentation, bringing this scale model to life.

Tying the installation to an adjacent 4m x 2.5m LED screen, the lighting dynamically adjusts in real-time to complement the presentation slides, creating a synchronised audio-visual experience. As the slides shift and videos are played, the model’s lighting reacts instantly, providing a cohesive narrative that captivates the audience. This approach not only highlights the architectural vision behind STHBNK but also underscores Beulah’s commitment to integrating technology in meaningful ways.
