In 2024 Australia for Christ Church was ready to make the big move from a projector and scrim to an LED screen in their main auditorium.  Whilst the projector and huge 12x3m screen  had served the church well, it was showing its age, no longer holding up against the punch and brightness of modern day lighting and LED strips. 

Acustoms provided and installed this 10M x 3M 2.6mmLED Screen.  The original budget allocated to this project allowed for a 3.91mm screen, however after some design optimisation to reduce costs and some supplier haggling, we were able to deliver this stunning 2.6mm screen within budget and on time.

Powered by Novastar and running straight out of Propresenter, this screen automatically turns on and off when Propresenter is booted, ensuring no power is wasted when the screen is not in use.

Credit goes to the design team at Australia for Christ church, who are now making full use of the 4 million pixels at their disposal. 

Completed within the week with zero disruption to Church programs, the final product is a seamless and powerful addition to the current stage design at Australia for Christ Church.

A large format LED screen had long been a pipe dream for Australia for Christ church, however with careful planning, transparency in pricing and an outcome driven yet budget conscious approach, we were able to bring this one to fruition.
